 The Hiking Hippie accepts returns that are in new condition, not damaged, and unworn. If you would like to receive a full reimbursement or exchange your product(s), all items need to be mailed back to us within 21 calendar days from the receipt date of the original order. Once we receive the return, a full refund will be issued within 3-7 business days. We will not reimburse customers or exchange products that are returned after 21 calendar days from the receipt date of the original order.  All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method that was used during checkout.
